As a Backoffice employee, you will assist the sales staff with administrative tasks. This involves answering customer inquiries by phone, managing the webshop, processing digital orders, inputting orders into the SDF sales system, and archiving current orders. Additionally, you will coordinate orders with the logistics department. In summary, it's a diverse role in a small team at a growing trading company!
